C.I.L. HANDS Setagaya, is a non-profitable organization that is supporting everyone with disabilities who live or wants to live independently in the ward "SETAGAYA", Tokyo, Japan. "HANDS Setagaya" is managed mainly by persons with disabilities.

Since the 1st Oct ,1998 ,we've been entrusted from the Setagaya Government with (public) activities supporting the living of disabled in Setagaya.
